"Considerada por la prensa como una de las principales exponentes de la cultura musical contemporánea en México Elizabeth Meza es una jazzista mexicana con un sonido propio origen de sus fusiones del jazz con la música de las Américas.

Su propuesta musical como intérprete ha destacado por su fuerza vocal, la sensualidad, elegancia y el temperamento de su interpretación.
De trayectoria internacional Elizabeth Meza ha explorado en su discografía la fusión del jazz con el bolero, la bossa nova, el blues, y el swing.

Sus producciones 'Tenderly', 'Nocturnal', 'Fascinación' y 'Obsesión' han sido calificadas como trabajos destacables y originales dentro de la escena jazzistica latinoamericana y le han brindado la aceptación del público colocándola por varias semanas en el top ten del jazz en las principales tiendas de discos.
Su calidad como intérprete la ha llevado a presentarse con su propuesta musical en clubes de jazz de Sudamérica, Estados Unidos y México, y en foros y festivales culturales de importancia como Centro Nacional de Las Artes, Festival Cumbre Tajín, Lunario del Auditorio Nacional, Centro Cultural Tijuana, así como espacios universitarios dedicados a la difusión cultural.
En televisión, por su destacada trayectoria y prestigio artístico fue juez del reality show musical más importante de America Latina 'Latin American Idol’.
Actualmente graba una producción de la mano del Maestro Armando Manzanero, en coproducción con Imer (Instituto Mexicano de la Radio)/Horizonte Jazz FM.

De su trayectoria destaca haber sido solista de la orquesta de música popular de Universidad de Veracruz, sus colaboraciones vocales con artistas internacionales como Deep Purple, Jim Brickman, Willie Colón, Roberto Roena, entre otros, y su estancia de diez años en Europa donde realizó giras por localidades como Londres, Gibraltar, Costa Azul de Francia, Bélgica y Holanda, en las que interpretó diversos géneros musicales como el jazz, pop, música latina (salsa y reggae), lo mismo que ritmos mexicanos."
